Rates & Booking

All self drive vehicles seat a maximum of four adults and one child and can be hired with or without camping/kitchen equipment.

Our daily rates include Sat Phone and GPS and Engel fridge/freezer.

Vehicle Rental Rates Start as Follows:

2024/5 – Fully Equipped Vehicle from: US$183 per day (Low season 21+ days rental)
            Standard Equipped vehicle from: US$170 per day (Low season 21+ days rental)

  • The USD60/day collision waiver reduces the excess down to USD380 – contact us for details
  • Cleaning fee: USD$55 per vehicle
  • Campsite booking fee: US$30 per person per night if not booking our vehicles, US$25 per person per night if booking one of our vehicles
  • Okavango Air Rescue membership (valid 12 months) US$20 per person
  • Relocation Fees – depending on destination – please enquire
